A Complete Leadership Development Journey

The EI Leader Programme is a comprehensive leadership development experience that combines assessment, coaching, and self-directed learning to create lasting behavioral change.

Phase 1: Exploration Session (£2,500)

Your journey begins with the Individual Effectiveness questionnaire—a 15–20 minute, research-based assessment measuring 16 scales of emotional intelligence.

This provides the foundation for a powerful 4-hour, 1:1 exploration session with Jim Rees where:

• Your assessment results are interpreted in depth
• Your leadership fingerprint is revealed
• Blind spots and strengths are identified
• You gain clarity on your emotional patterns
• Next steps for development are established

Phase 2: Development Journey (12-16 weeks)

Following your exploration session, you'll embark on a 12-16 week self-directed learning journey through six core modules:

1. Self-Regard: The foundation of your leadership fingerprint
2. Regard for Others: How respect and empathy shape your impact
3. Self-Awareness: Recognizing your emotional triggers and patterns
4. Awareness of Others: Seeing the world through others' eyes
5. Self-Management: Building composure and adaptability
6. Relationship Management: Creating trust and collaboration

Each module links directly to your Individual Effectiveness results, allowing you to measure growth across the 16 EI scales.
