What Is the Values Exercise?

This powerful exercise helps you identify the gap between your ideal values—how you want to be remembered—and your actual values—where you're currently investing your time and energy.

When there's a misalignment, it creates internal conflict, stress, and prevents you from living authentically. This exercise brings that gap into focus.

How It Works

You'll rank 10 universal values in two ways:

  1. Ideal Values: How you want to be remembered—your aspirational values
  2. Actual Values: Where you're currently investing your time and energy

The exercise automatically calculates the gap between your ideal and actual rankings, highlighting where misalignment may be holding you back.
